Overview
Within 14 days of the purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and without giving any reason (14-day right of withdrawal).
To cancel, the product must be returned in its original, undamaged, unused condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories and labels.
The production of a product or the provision of a personal service on behalf of a consumer which is tailored to the consumer's needs does not give rise to a right of withdrawal. However, there is no such exception for firewood, pellets and other fuels and associated boilers and appliances. However, the return of goods that are perishable or that cannot be returned after unpacking for health or hygiene reasons is not possible.
Non-returnable products:
- Gift vouchers
- Downloadable software products
- Delivered consignments of pellets and firewood if the packaging is damaged
An invoice or proof of purchase is required for withdrawal.
Please do not return the product to the manufacturer.
If the returned product arrives in unsatisfactory condition or the costs are not borne by the consumer, a partial refund may be made:
- The product shows obvious signs of use
- Any product that arrives in a non-original condition, with damaged or missing parts, which is not our fault.
- Product that is returned after 14 days
Refunds
You will be notified by e-mail once the returned goods have been received and checked. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method, usually within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account first.
If it still does not appear, contact your credit card company or bank, as it often takes some time to get a refund credited.

Products on sale
Only products purchased at normal prices are eligible for a refund. Sale products are non-refundable.
Exchange
We will only replace a product if it is faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange the same product, please send an e-mail to info@europelletkft.hu and send your product to the following address.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the product when you return it. We will post the gift voucher once we receive the returned product.
If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them, the gift giver will be refunded and notified of the return.
Return shipment
To return the product, send it to the following address: 3000, Hatvan, Gesztenye fasor 1.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time of your replacement product may vary.
If you are returning a more valuable product, you may want to use a trackable delivery service or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned product.
